Doodle hang app
This app is free and it is a hangman app. In this specific hangman game their are different categories to pick from. The categories include countries, body parts, food, animals, Christmas & winter, clothes, elements, fruits & veggies, kings & pirates, plants trees and random. All of those categories are for one player. The countries & kings & pirates are a good way to review for sections of social studies. Elements and human body parts would be a good way to review for parts of science. It is also a fun way to learn how to spell words. If used in a two player setting students could use it to study spelling words or work on vocabulary. Playing hangman also works on thinking up strategies and problem solving.

Hangman is always a fun game for students, especially when they can play versus each other.I like this app because of all the categories and subjects that it offers.The head to head was feature was very cool to. This app is especially useful for spelling and for expanding vocabulary if you were to look at the definitions of the words. It would be cool if you could create a list of certain spelling words to go over instead of random words that the game generates.
