Color Uncovered

Color Uncovered

Free

Pros: The pros of this app are that it is free and fairly easy to use. It also includes a variety of interactive activities, videos, and articles that involve color and light. What I enjoyed the most were the illusions. It just boggles my mind as to how our eyes can make us see something different from just staring. Students will enjoy playing around with this app and it could be used as a resource for a project in the future.

Cons: The problem I ran into are some of the activities were difficult to perform. I was not sure how they worked exactly and were a bit confusing. Other than that the app was pretty neat and easy to follow.

Education: This app could be used as a resource for students because it contains mulitple articles and videos. Also maybe during a science class the students could do one of the interactive activities and try to figure out why our eyes see things differently just by staring. This could also be the start of a research project where students research how our eyes affect an image just by staring at the picture for an extended period of time.
